Usually, air parcel takes about 10 days for transmission whereas EMS take 3~5 days with tracking service. A little delay of delivery maybe your country customs clearance issue. Please pay little patience when they are little delay. We strongly recommend to take EMS service if the value over USD150.

We are sorry that Heliflying Hobby will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages left

Heliflying Hobby will gladly accept returns 7 days after receipt. Returned items must be return to us in the original packaging. USED or OPENED items are rejected to be returned. Customer should take the responsibility of shipping cost in this case.

If the return items are due to manufacturing issue, we will take the responsibility of the return shipping cost. However, the defective item must return in the original packaging.

All return items with any reasons should be notifying us to info@heliflying.com before returning to us. On receipt your returned item, we will send you e-mail to confirm it and refund to you. However, the refund will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
